Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. We are working to expand our services to international destinations. For special inquiries regarding international shipping, please contact our customer service team.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed after 12 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. The following options are available at checkout:
Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): $7.95 or FREE on all orders over $150.
Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days): $19.95.
Overnight Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $29.95. Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST for same-day processing.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier processing or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Restrictions & PO Boxes
For your security and to ensure timely delivery, a signature may be required for high-value orders. We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS using Standard Shipping only. Express and Overnight services require a physical street address.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately at support@raaviquestyle.com. If the order has not been processed, we will update it; however, if it has already shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.
Customs & Import Duties (Future International)
For future international shipments, please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
